I want to make a soup book and so far I've talked to two chefs and a nutritionist but it's a commitment and perhaps no-one loves soup as much as I do (though I find that a little hard to believe).
Soup is economical, warming, easy and can be nutrition packed to the maximum. Vegetables on discount can instantly be made into a hearty feed with limited ingredients and kitchen tools.
I love it.
There must be a way to collaborate this love of soup into something deeper and lovelier? (message me)x
